Daily Inspiration Journal

A journal to use for daily reflection and keeping yourself focused on your intentions. Journaling will improve your day (and life) by helping you build new habits and by recognizing that great things are already happening in your life - and as you focus on these great things, you find that you will get more of them!

By using the Daily Inspiration Journal you will build a habit of reflecting with the intention of connecting to what’s important to you and what you wish to see in your life. At the same time, you will use cognitive biases to help you recognize that it’s ALREADY happening!

How does it work?

  • The journal includes prompts designed with neuroscience in mind to help frame how you think about your day

  • Before journaling you will watch a mini-curriculum on the science and intent behind the journal prompts

  • As you get into your journaling habit you will write about things that excite you, stress you out, and what specifics will create a good day

  • As you write them out, you will be building signals and neural pathways to be able to access all the resources you have in a calm state in order to have them accessible to you when you’re in a stressed state

  • The more you do it, the more benefit you will get

What’s included?

  • Mini curriculum on the neuroscience behind journaling prompts

Get instant access to the journal prompts as downloadable PDFs. Print them out and write directly on them, or use them as a guide in your preferred notebook.

Many clients experience significant professional growth through this process

As you probably already know, it’s very important to surround yourself with things that bring you joy while you journal. It could be a favorite mug with your favorite tea, or it can be as simple as a pen that feels good in your hands. Here are some things I’ve tried and liked.

  • Great for those who like a pop of color with their journaling, and like a smooth rolling gel pen

  • Incredibly smooth writing black ballpoint pen, with fun exterior colors

  • Fun colors with a super fine point

  • For those that don’t want to print out the prompts for daily use, this is a great spiral bound notebook that is great for journaling

  • Similar to above, but a great notebook for those that like the leatherbound experience and unlined pages

  • If you do choose to print out and hold onto your journaling pages, these are great and simple ways to store them: option 1 & option 2
