You will reach new levels with the guidance and support of a seasoned executive and certified coach!

  • This short-term engagement is meant to help guide an individual to reaching a specific accomplishment, with the guidance and support of a seasoned executive and certified coach.

    Package includes 5 or 10 individual sessions over the course of 2-3 months, feedback and recommendations, and support for next-steps planning.

  • This longer-term engagement is meant to support an individual in their ongoing growth as a professional and leader. The work can be specific to the current role or an ongoing process across multiple roles.

    All packages can be focused exclusively on the mentee or include a 360 assessment and recurring meetings with leadership to align on goals, receive feedback and recommendations. Customizations can include network and influence mapping, coaching on presentations and professional communications, developing a strategy, driving change, career path mapping, thought leadership support, and personal brand development.
